Qualifikationen

• Tripartite internship agreement mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or in progress.
• Excellent writing and communication in English and French.
• Experience with AI tools, learning platforms, or data management is an asset.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to design, development, configuration and testing of AI-enabled learning solutions.
• Support integration, structuring, and preparation of learning content and metadata for AI indexing.
• Design and test personalized learning recommendation mechanisms based on user profiles.
• Assist in prompt engineering, AI testing, and evaluation of responses.
• Analyze user needs and learning pathways to support personalized AI-assisted learning.
• Define and implement metadata schemas, tagging standards and content governance.
• Collaborate with L&D, IT and stakeholders to prototype and improve AI-supported solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, presentations and recommendations for evolving AI services.
