Job summary

Bank Julius Baer & Co. Ltd. is seeking a Test Environment and Data Specialist to own the full lifecycle of CLM test environments, ensuring they are stable, compliant, and provisioned with synthetic or anonymised data.

The role requires coordinating with development, testing, operations and external partners to keep environments available and aligned with agile Release Trains. You will enable Scrum Teams through self-service guidelines, tooling, automation, and training while maintaining high

Qualifications

• Proven experience in test environment management and data lifecycle management in enterprise settings.
• Familiarity with anonymised test data and synthetic data handling.
• Strong collaboration with Scrum teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, configure, monitor, and maintain test environments.
• Keep Confluence docs complete and current on environment purpose, integrations, data types and access criteria.
• Monitor environment health and drive remediation for configuration drift.
• Coordinate environment refreshes, patches, upgrades, and incident resolution per change control.
• Define SOPs for test environment usage across the ART and align teams.
