Ivy Partners, a Swiss consulting firm, seeks a Requirement and Test Engineer in Geneva to autonomously drive QA within an Agile team and translate end-user needs into precise requirements and test cases.

You will implement Python-based automated tests, review component requirements for traceability, and conduct both manual and automated testing while documenting root causes and improved quality practices.

• Experience in a safety-critical domain.
• Robust experience in writing software documentation and requirements, and in system and software testing.
• Capable of learning end-user terminology and translating user needs into requirements and test cases.
• Proven experience with Python-based testing automation tools.
• Expertise in domains with real-time and security requirements.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
