Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading Swiss telecommunications provider to recruit a Shop Agent for the Sierre region. The role centers on selling products and services, analyzing customer needs, and building lasting relationships in a dynamic retail setting.

You will provide guidance on mobile, internet and TV solutions, complete onboarding and product training, and join a high-performing sales team with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in retail, sales, or an equivalent qualification.
• Several years of practical experience in a sales environment, ideally within the telecommunications industry.
• Strong closing skills and the ability to advise and persuade customers effectively.
• Fluent Swiss German, both written and spoken; additional languages: English and French are a plus.

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
