Aufgaben

• Ensure technical compliance of the BESS scope from detailed planning through construction to handover to operations.
• Act as the technical interface, lead internal and external specialists.
• Review and approve planning and design documents per Owner's Engineer recommendations and decide on technical deviations.
• On the client side, ensure QA/QC and manage ITP, FAT, SAT, NCR and defect management.
• Coordinate protection concepts, models, PPC-/EMS parameters and the required conformity documentation.
• Manage commissioning up to technical handover and assess changes, claims and deviations from a technical perspective.

Technical Project Manager BESS (all)

Your area of responsibility

• You are responsible for the technical compliance of the BESS scope of supply in European projects from detailed planning through construction and commissioning to handover to operations
• As the technical interface, you manage the engineering topics and functionally lead the assigned internal and external specialists
• You review and approve planning and design documents based on the recommendations of the Owner's Engineer and decide on technical deviations within the approved parameters
• On the client side, you ensure QA/QC and are responsible for ITP, FAT, SAT, technical acceptances as well as NCR and defect management
• For grid compliance and certification, you coordinate, among other things, protection concepts, models, PPC-/EMS parameters and the required conformity documentation
• You manage commissioning up to technical handover and assess changes, claims and deviations from a technical perspective

Your profile

• Your foundation is a higher technical education in energy or electrical engineering at HF/FH/ETH level or a comparable qualification
• You bring several years of experience from planning, construction execution, commissioning and handover of large energy or infrastructure projects
• You have sound knowledge in electrical/energy engineering and BESS systems, especially in medium/high voltage, grid connection as well as SCADA/EMS/OT
• You are familiar with QA/QC, ITP, FAT, SAT, NCR and punch lists as well as technical change/claim management from practical experience
• You know grid compliance, plant certification and grid connection processes as well as collaboration with external engineering and monitoring partners
• Fluent German and good English skills complement your ability to identify technical risks early and make well-founded decisions
