Zusammenfassung

TUS Telecommunications and Security, based in Switzerland, seeks a technician to strengthen our operations team in networks, applications and hardware for alarm transmission. You will provide telephone support during installations, commissioning and repairs and help ensure reliable alarm transmission.

You will analyse faults and serve as the contact for partners and suppliers. Fluent German or French with strong knowledge of the other language, plus a solid IT/electrical foundation, is required;

Qualifikationen

• Basic IT or electrical training required.
• HF technician in telematics/IT/communication technology or comparable training is an advantage.
• Professional experience in communication networks, service, repair, commissioning and technical support.

Aufgaben

• Provide telephone support to service technicians during installations, commissioning and repairs.
• Analyse and resolve faults in alarm transmission devices, control centres and the alarm transmission platform.
• Act as the contact person for internal/external partners and suppliers.
• Independently conduct tests on alarm transmission devices.
• Assist in testing the entire alarm transmission infrastructure.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and manuals.
• Conduct trainings, participate in projects and contribute expertise.

What you achieve

• You provide telephone support to our service technicians during installations, commissioning and repairs.

What you bring

• Your basic training in the IT or electrical sector provides the ideal foundation.
• Further training as a technician HF in telematics, IT or communication technology or comparable further training is an advantage.
• You have professional experience in the field of communication networks and in service, repair, commissioning and technical support.
• Your mother tongue is German or French, with very good knowledge of the other language.
