You will take charge of diagnosing and repairing household appliances directly at our clients' premises in the Echallens region. Your technical expertise, advisory skills, and thoroughness in following up on installations ensure customer satisfaction.

• You accurately diagnose and repair multi-brand household appliances.

• You write comprehensive and reliable service reports.

• You effectively advise our clients on the optimal use and maintenance of their equipment.

Profile Sought

• A Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an electrician/assembler, electrical installer, automation technician, or equivalent training.

• Some initial experience in household appliances.

• Article 15 OIBT (an advantage).

• A category B driving licence.

• A high degree of autonomy in your work.

• Very good knowledge of French, both spoken and written.

• Comfortable with common computer tools.

Your First Months in Echallens

From the start, you will take charge of your first intervention rounds and manage the repair of our appliance fleet. You will learn to master our internal procedures and consolidate your technical knowledge through direct contact with the installations of our brands.
