We are seeking a Technical Supervisor in Switzerland who will act as the direct point of contact for AV and media technology, oversee technical planning, and

Qualifications

• Trained as an events technician, events manager or a degree in the events sector.
• Several years’ professional experience in the events industry, specialising in AV and media technology.
• Sales-oriented mindset and strong customer service ethos.
• Ability to work independently and flexibility with working hours.
• Some experience in team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Direct point of contact for all AV and media technology matters.
• Responsible for the technical planning, supervision and execution of high-quality events.
• Preparing quotations and managing service providers, as well as planning materials and logistics.
• Planning and achieving turnover targets for your division.
• Staff scheduling in consultation with regional management.
• Working closely with regional management and sales managers.
• Ensuring quality standards are met.

Your Responsibilities

Your experience

• Trained as an events technician, events manager or a degree in the events sector
• Several years’ professional experience in the events industry, specialising in AV and media technology
• Sales-oriented mindset
• Strong customer service ethos and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Some experience in team leadership
• Flexibility regarding working hours
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluent English and French
• German would be advantageous
• A well-groomed appearance
