Job summary

Blox Space seeks a Technical Solutions Consultant to drive the technical discovery with banking partners, define requirements, and map gaps between client needs and the product. You will own RFIs and RFP responses, coordinating internal teams to close gaps and shape the offering alongside sales, with a focus on technical, not commercial aspects.

German is strongly preferred and English is essential; candidates should be based in Europe with a valid visa.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering client needs and translating to technical teams.
• Experience filling out RFI/RFP responses and coordinating internal answers.
• Industry experience in banking/fintech and understanding banks' procurement processes.
• Ability to size complex gaps in solutions without being the architect.
• A few years of relevant experience; seniority not strictly required.
• German preferred; French a plus; fluent English; European visa desirable.

The Role

The company is one of the foundational names in Bitcoin infrastructure, founded in 2014 and today a market leader in Bitcoin security and Layer-2 technologies, serving financial institutions with custody, tokenization and treasury products.
This is the technical voice at the very start of a deal: you run technical discovery with the bank, define requirements, map the gaps between what the client needs and the existing product, and own the technical side of RFIs and RFPs. You shape the offering together with the sales team, but your focus is technical, not commercial, which questions to ask and how complex a given gap really is.We're not looking for the perfect CV, we're looking for the right mind, and here too financial-industry experience matters more than digital-asset knowledge.
The responsibilities of a Technical Solutions Consultant here can range from leading technical discovery and requirements definition with the client, to owning RFI and RFP responses and coordinating the internal answers, to assessing how complex closing a product gap really is, to shaping the offering (product, services, engineering) alongside sales and feeding requirements back to the team.

The skills that make the difference

• Requirements-engineering or pre-sales background with real client exposure: you find out what the client needs and bring it back to the team.
• RFI/RFP experience: you've filled them out, chased the right internal answers and coordinated the response.
• Financial-industry experience over digital-asset expertise: you understand how banks buy and operate.
• Technical enough to size a gap: you judge how complex a solution is and ask the right questions, without needing to be the architect.
• A few years of experience is enough: drive in this rolecounts as much as seniority.
• German is strongly preferred and French is a plus, along with excellent English and a European visa.

Working arrangements

This role is based in Zurich, Switzerland. Candidates should already be based in Switzerland or hold a European visa. Working arrangements are flexible and defined together with the reference team.
