Optec AG stands as a Swiss SME focused on technical products for energy management and optimization. The Technical Sales Clerk role supports the sales manager daily, handles offers, and assists in acquiring new customers while coordinating with internal teams and planning trade fairs.

The position emphasizes German fluency with French as an advantage, strong IT skills, and a collaborative, structured working style. A 40-hour week and opportunities for training are offered.

Competenze

• Basic education in electrical engineering and commercial further education.
• Experience in internal sales or similar assistant role is a plus.
• Technical understanding and interest in electrical engineering or energy measurement technology.
• Enjoyment of telephone customer contact and appointment scheduling.

Mansioni

• Direct support of the sales manager in daily operations.
• Administrative and operational support of the sales team and projects.
• Active lead generation and initial acquisition of new customers.
• Consulting customers technically and commercially with internal/external specialists.
• Creation and processing of offers, coordinating with internal departments, and following up with customers.
• Create appointment, sales, and customer statistics.
