YOUR TASKS

Sales Support

• Order processing and order entry including creating export customs documents
• Managing the consignment stock of our customers
• Administrative handling of the entire repair process

General Tasks

• Managing the telephone switchboard and the general email inbox
• Independent procurement and management of consumables and office supplies
• Assisting with various general tasks

Purchasing Clerk

• Chasing order confirmations and overdue deliveries
• Returning non-conforming purchased parts
• If interested, entry and participation in operational purchasing is possible

YOUR PROFILE

• Good MS Office skills
• Good experience with an ERP system, preferably SAP Business One
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as English skills
• Experience in export is an advantage
• Independent working style and enjoyment of taking on responsibility
• Team-oriented, reliable, and committed
