Endress+Hauser seeks a Technical Project Manager in Facility Management to join the Reinach team and drive sustainable building services projects supporting the Energy Strategy 2030+.

You will lead internal and external planners and contractors, ensure quality, deadlines and costs, and interface with multiple business units to apply your expertise to operations and maintenance for a safe, efficient working environment.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training in building services engineering (HVAC) with HF/FH or equivalent.
• Several years of experience in technically demanding industrial projects.
• Project management certification (IPMA Level C) preferred.
• Familiar with SIA standards and building services concepts.
• Knowledge of CAD tools and DesigoCC is a plus.

• Take overall responsibility for small to medium-sized projects (0.1-10 million) in facility management at the Reinach site.
• Drive and implement Energy Strategy 2030+ measures in building services.

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager in Facility Management (m/f/d) to join our Facility Management team at our Reinach site and help further develop a sustainable, modern, and future-oriented infrastructure.

What tasks will you take on?

• take overall responsibility for small to medium-sized projects (0.1-10 million) in the field of facility management at the Reinach site, ensuring quality, deadlines, and costs are met.
• focus on complex building services engineering projects and actively drive and further develop the implementation of the Energy Strategy 2030+ measures.
• lead and coordinate internal as well as external planners and contractors, implement strategic guidelines operationally, and, if required, actively take part in site management yourself.
• act as an interface to various business units, ensuring smooth collaboration.
• contribute your expertise in building services systems and provide targeted support to colleagues in operations and maintenance.

What do we expect from you?

• have completed vocational training in building services engineering (building automation or HVAC) with further training as a building services technician (HF/FH) or equivalent, and are familiar with SIA standards.
• have several years of experience in technically demanding projects in an industrial environment and ideally hold a project management certification (IPMA Level C).
• ideally bring knowledge of CAD tools and the building management platform DesigoCC.
• are fluent in German (spoken and written); English skills are an advantage.
• think conceptually, act in a solution-oriented manner, and communicate clearly and convincingly.
• enjoy working in a team and are motivated to make a difference together with others.
