This permanent, 100% role starts immediately and focuses on strategic alignment between engineering, architecture and business goals, guiding cross‑functional teams through SDLC improvements and modern technology

Qualifikationen

• Strong background in software development and engineering.
• Deep understanding of software architecture and system integration.
• Ability to evaluate codebases and trade-offs without daily coding.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams and initiatives.
• Experience with Agile, DevOps, CI/CD is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Project & Delivery Leadership across software modernization initiatives.
• Lead software development and modernization projects end-to-end.
• Define project scope, milestones, delivery plans, and execution strategies.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-system impacts.
• Contribute to improving software delivery processes and SDLC; ensure high-quality delivery.
• Technical Coordination & Architecture Alignment across landscapes.
• Maintain overview of system landscapes and integrations.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and product stakeholders.
• Align architecture with delivery needs across multiple initiatives.
• Challenge solutions that increase complexity or technical debt.
• Support solution design discussions and architectural decisions.
• Promote scalable, maintainable engineering practices.
