Ärztekasse Genossenschaft in the Zurich area seeks a Product Owner Security to lead our security backlog and roadmap, translating regulatory and privacy needs into clear, actionable delivery plans for a modern healthcare platform.

You will coordinate delivery across security engineers, architects and development teams, define and track the security solution architecture with partners, and balance risk, value and timely delivery to maximize impact.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a Product Owner, Security Architect or in a similar role
• Solid understanding of information security concepts and best practices
• Experience in project management of security initiatives
• Ability to translate business and compliance needs into technical requirements
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and backlog management
• Knowledge of security architecture (WAF, IDP, IAM/AD, Kubernetes security) is a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Fluent in English; German and French are a plus
