Zusammenfassung

Läderach seeks an IT Product Owner/Technical Lead to own the Windows Client and Workplace Services vision, roadmap, and lifecycle within our Porto Global Capability Center. You’ll translate business needs into technical solutions, manage stakeholders, and drive improvements with engineering teams.

You will collaborate with security, governance, and external providers, ensuring compliant, scalable endpoints across Europe, with on-call duties and travel where needed.

Qualifikationen

• You bring at least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Service Owner, Technical Lead, or in a similar IT role.
• You have strong experience in Windows Client Management and modern endpoint management, including Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
• You have solid knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Identity & Access Management.
• You have experience with IT Service Management as well as security, compliance, and governance standards in an enterprise environment.
• You are experienced in translating business requirements into technical solutions and managing stakeholders across different functions.
• You have experience working with external service providers and leading cross-functional teams.
• You are fluent in English and willing to participate in on-call duties and travel within Europe. German is an advantage.
