You’ll help shape how Seldon operates as we grow, working closely with the founders to turn priorities into action. The role calls for someone who can move between people, processes, and software, spot problems early, and take ownership of solving them. You’ll have room to question how things are done and use technical tools and practical judgment to help the whole team work more effectively.
