Qualifications

• Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical operations, maintenance and upkeep of the four properties in the Gstaad area (Fouquet’s Gstaad, Fouquet’s Promenade Gstaad, Viktoria-Gsteig staff accommodation, Krone-Zweisimmen staff accommodation).
• Manage and supervise the technical team, including planning, task allocation, training and performance follow-up.
• Implement and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programmes, ensuring reliability of all technical installations and facilities.
• Ensure properties meet Swiss technical, safety, fire prevention and regulatory requirements, including inspections and certifications.
• Coordinate repairs, technical interventions, contractors and suppliers, ensuring quality, deadlines and cost control.
• Lead renovation, refurbishment and technical projects from planning to completion.
• Anticipate technical needs and ensure properties are fully operational for owners, guests and VIP arrivals.
