Endress+Hauser Gruppe is seeking a Technical Lead Embedded C++ Software Developer to strategically guide our embedded software landscape and shape future device generations.

You will lead functional and technical software teams, design architectures, improve processes, coach colleagues, and participate in standardization activities to advance our regulated and metrology-focused domains.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in embedded C/C++ in real-time systems
• Experience with safety-critical software development and robustness methods
• Ability to measure and improve software quality metrics and drive test-driven development
• Background in regulated application areas such as functional safety or metrology

Responsabilités

• Take on functional and technical software leadership within current and future software platforms.
• Design new software concepts, system architectures, and processes within the software environment as part of a team, laying the foundation for upcoming device generations.
• Shape strategic development within software, establish processes and new methods, and continuously improve them.
• Support the professional development of employees through active coaching and mentoring.
• Build and maintain networks inside and outside the company and represent interests in standardization organizations.
