Job summary

SIX Group Services Ltd. in Zurich is seeking a Technical Integration Manager (80-100%) to coordinate onboarding, testing and go-live for debiX API and other BBS services. You will be the central contact for banks, customers and IT partners, ensuring secure production readiness.

You will clarify requirements, support test and go-live activities, provide second-level support and hand over to operations in a cross-functional, customer-focused role.

Qualifications

Experience in technical customer integration and API onboarding.
Understanding of REST APIs, XML and JSON security basics.
Experience with testing, acceptance, go-live prep, incident handling and support.

Responsibilities

Coordinate technical integration projects for debiX API and other BBS services from alignment to go-live and handover.
Act as central contact for banks, customers, software partners, vendors and IT teams during onboarding and production preparation.
Clarify business and technical requirements for API integrations, environments and support processes.
Support test prep and execution, issue analysis, customer acceptance and hypercare.
Provide second-level support for interface topics and production incidents.
