Job summary

SIX Group Ltd in Zurich is seeking a Technical Integration Manager to oversee the onboarding and integration of services such as debiX API, eBill and other BBS offerings. The role focuses on technical integrations, testing, go-live readiness and a smooth handover to operations.

You will coordinate with banks, customers and IT partners, manage certificates, environments and second-level support, and ensure reliable production services while aligning with security and compliance requirements

Qualifications

Experience in technical customer integration and API onboarding.
Proven ability to coordinate integrations across banks, partners and internal teams.
Knowledge of REST APIs, XML, JSON, and security topics (TLS, OAuth).
Excellent written and spoken communication in German and English.
Structured, client-focused, and reliable working style.

Responsibilities

Coordinate technical integration projects for debiX API and other BBS services from initial alignment through go-live and handover to operations.
Act as the central contact for banks, customers, software partners, vendors, IT partners and internal teams during onboarding, testing, acceptance and production preparation.
Clarify business, technical and operational requirements for API-based integrations, customer connections, certificates, environments and support processes.
Support test preparation and execution, issue analysis, customer acceptance, go-live activities, hypercare and the transition into regular operations.
Provide second-level support for customer requests, interface topics, certificates, integration issues and production-related incidents.
