Hotel du Parc is seeking a Technical Documentation Expert to develop and maintain high-quality technical documents for unmanned helicopter systems. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure clarity and compliance with industry standards.

About the Company: ANAVIA specializes in the design, development, and manufacturing of vertical takeoff & landing (VTOL) systems of up to 500 kilograms. The company offers industry‑leading unmanned helicopter systems for a variety of mission profiles, such as surveillance & reconnaissance, inspection, or mapping & cargo.
Develop and maintain high‑quality technical documents, including user manuals, maintenance guides, operational procedures, system specifications for unmanned helicopter systems, and supplement documents with CAD‑generated detail views.
Experience with the S1000D standard.
Conduct thorough reviews and edits of technical documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate closely with engineering, quality assurance, and production teams to gather information and ensure documentation aligns with system capabilities and requirements.
Organize and maintain a structured repository of technical documents, ensuring proper version control and accessibility for stakeholders.
Ensure all technical documentation meets relevant regulatory and industry standards, including aviation regulations.
Create training materials and assist in developing training programs for internal teams and end users, focusing on operational and maintenance procedures.
Stay updated on best practices in technical writing and documentation management, recommending improvements to enhance processes and efficiency.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related field; certifications in technical writing or documentation management are a plus.
Experience: Proven experience in technical writing or documentation engineering, preferably within the aerospace or UAV industry. Manned aviation industry experience is preferred.
Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical information to diverse audiences. Very good communication skills, technical simplified English, high social skills, strong analytical and technical understanding.
