Job summary

Medtronic Schweiz sucht einen Technical Consultant für Sakrale Neuromodulation (SNM) zur Unterstützung von Ärzten und OP-Personal in Spitälern.

Sie arbeiten eng mit Gebietsverantwortlichen und Therapy Sales Specialists zusammen, betreuen Kunden vor Ort und remote, führen Schulungen durch und beteiligen sich an Produkt- und Markttrainings. Reisebereitschaft in der Schweiz ist erforderlich; Home-Office-Lösung möglich.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im betriebswirtschaftlichen oder medizinisch/medizintechnischen Bereich (2–5 Jahre Erfahrung vorteilhaft).
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; Italienischkenntnisse wären von Vorteil.
• Sicheres Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamgeist.
• Gute MS Office- und IT-Kenntnisse; hohe Präsentationsfähigkeiten.
• Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft in der Schweiz.
• Selbständige Arbeitsweise sowie effiziente Zeit- und Aufgabenplanung.

Responsibilities

• Technische OP-Unterstützung der Ärzte und OP-Personal in Spitälern, Kliniken und ambulanten Einrichtungen.
• Betreuung unserer Kunden durch OP-Nachsorge, Produktinweisung und Programmierung.
• Durchführung von Schulungen, Workshops und Produkttrainings für Kunden und Ärzte.
• Marktbeobachtung und Weitergabe aktueller Marktinformationen.
• Teilnahme an nationalen sowie internationalen Kongressen und Veranstaltungen.
• Sicherstellung hoher Kundenzufriedenheit durch enge Betreuung und exzellenten Service.

Die Rolle des Technical Consultant (TC) besteht darin, unsere Kunden bei Applikationsfragen zum Produktbereich Sakrale Neuromodulation (SNM) zu unterstützen, vor allem bei der Implantation und der Nachsorge. Dies geschieht in enger Abstimmung mit den Gebietsverantwortlichen, den Therapy Sales Specialists. Sie bauen enge Beziehungen zu Kunden auf, leisten technischen Support vor Ort, fungieren als Bindeglied zwischen Kunden und internen Teams, um rechtzeitig und erfolgreich unsere Service- und Produktlösungen den Kunden anbieten zu können.

Diese Position umfasst die Regionen – Zentralschweiz ( Luzern , Zürich) und ist daher eine Remote Position. Remote bedeutet, dass Ihre Heimatadresse als primärer Arbeitsort gilt (Home Office). Für Meetings kann hin und wieder Ihre Anwesenheit im Medtronic Office erforderlich sein.

Verantwortlichkeiten

• Technische OP-Unterstützung der Ärzte und OP-Personal, schwerpunktmäßig Urologen/Gynäkologen sowie Chirurgen und Proktologen in Spitälern, Kliniken und ambulanten Einrichtungen.
• Betreuung unserer Kunden durch OP-Nachsorge in Form von Produkteinweisung und Programmierung, Patientenschulungen sowie Hilfestellung bei Anfragen von Ärzten, Pflegepersonal und Patienten.
• Durchführung von Schulungen, Workshops und Produkttrainings für Kunden, Teilnahme an Ärztetrainings sowie Begleitung von Ärzten.
• Marktbeobachtung, Austausch und Weitergabe von aktuellen Marktinformationen.
• Teilnahme an nationalen wie internationalen Kongressen und Veranstaltungen.
• Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit durch enge Betreuung und exzellenten Service.

Sie sind der Produktspezialist der Sakralen Neurostimulation bzw. Sakralen Nervenstimulation und man verlässt sich auf Ihre Kenntnisse.

Erforderliches Wissen und Erfahrung

• Studium im betriebswirtschaftlichen-, oder im medizinischen/medizintechnischen Bereich 2-5 Jahren Erfahrung in vergleichbaren Positionen, vorzugsweise in der Medizintechnik, mit einem nachweisbaren Erfolg in der Kundenbetreuung und -bindung
• Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift, Italienischkenntnisse wären von Vorteil
• Sicheres Auftreten, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärken sowie Teamgeist
• Gute MS Office und IT-Kenntnisse
• Sehr gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten
• Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit, verbunden mit einer hohen Reisetätigkeit in der Schweiz
• Selbständige Arbeitsweise sowie effiziente Zeit- und Aufgabenplanung gehören zu Ihren Stärken
