Job summary

SMO Medtronic Europe Sàrl in Switzerland is seeking an Inventory Specialist to ensure availability and technical maintenance of spare parts for production equipment. You'll work closely with Maintenance, Engineering, logistics and suppliers to identify, standardize and secure critical components.

The role focuses on reducing unplanned downtime, improving equipment reliability, and optimizing maintenance costs, with emphasis on CMMS data, stock management, and supplier coordination.

Qualifications

• Formation CFC technique ou équivalent en mécanique, automation, électrotechnique ou maintenance industrielle.
• Expérience en logistique, maintenance industrielle ou fiabilité des équipements.
• Expérience en environnement GMP ou MedTech appréciée.
• Compétences Bonne connaissance des équipements industriels et de leurs composants.
• Connaissance des outils de CMMS.
• Maîtrise d'Excel et des outils informatiques.
• Qualités personnelles Rigueur et sens de l'organisation.
• Esprit analytique.
• Orientation client interne.
• Capacité à travailler de manière transverse.

Responsibilities

• Gestion technique des pièces de rechange et des données de maintenance
• Créer et maintenir la liste des pièces de rechange dans la CMMS.
• Standardiser les composants afin de réduire la diversité des références.
• Identifier les composants devenant obsolètes et développer des solutions de remplacement.
• Approvisionnement et gestion fournisseurs
• Créer et suivre les demandes d'achat liées aux pièces détachées jusqu'à leur réception.
• Collaborer avec les fournisseurs afin d'améliorer les délais d'approvisionnement.
• Assurer les rotations des éléments calibrés et/ou maintenu chez un fournisseur externe (envoi et réception)
• Gestion du stock
• Réceptionne les pièces de rechange dans le CMMS
• Execute un inventaire physique de manière régulière
• Prépare les ordres des travails (sortie de pièces)
• Amélioration continue
• Participer aux initiatives Maintenance Excellence (MEx), Kaizen et Lean.
• Identifier des opportunités de réduction des coûts tout en maintenant le niveau de fiabilité attendu.
• Développer des standards et bonnes pratiques de gestion des pièces de rechange.

A Day in the Life L’ Inventory specialist est responsable de la disponibilité et de la gestion technique des pièces de rechange nécessaires au maintien de la fiabilité des équipements de production. Il travaille en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Maintenance, Engineering, logistique et les fournisseurs afin d'assurer l'identification, la standardisation et la disponibilité des pièces critiques. Il contribue à la réduction des arrêts non planifiés, à l'amélioration de la fiabilité des équipements et à l'optimisation des coûts de maintenance.
