Axpo Group is seeking an experienced Application Manager to own the Real Estate and Facility Management software platforms, ensuring smooth operation and ongoing optimization. You will oversee SaaS and on‑premises applications through their lifecycle and design technical integrations with other IT systems.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, strong communication, and collaboration with IT, Facility Management, and external suppliers.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience (must-have).
• 3+ years of experience in technical application management for SaaS and on-premises applications (must-have).
• Technical skills in solution design, integration concepts (APIs, middleware), user authentication & provisioning methods, scripting, and system configuration (must-have).
• Strong analytical, hands-on troubleshooting, and communication skills (must-have).
• Fluent in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Take technical ownership of Real Estate and Facility Management software platforms: ensure smooth operation, administration, and continuous optimization.
• Oversee the lifecycle of SaaS and on-premises applications, from evaluation and installation to upgrades and release planning.
• Design and implement technical solutions and integrations with other IT systems (APIs, middleware), including data pipelines and authentication/provisioning.
• Monitor performance, availability, and security; proactively address issues and improvements.
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis and resolve issues hands-on; coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers for 3rd-level support.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, and knowledge base.
• Collaborate with business units on change requests and digitalization projects.

What you will do:

• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis and resolve issues hands-on: coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers for 3rd-level support.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, and knowledge base.
• Collaborate closely with business units on change requests and digitalization projects, managing demand with business and IT management.

What you bring & who you are:

• Bachelor-s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience (must-have).
• 3+ years of experience in technical application management for SaaS and on-premises applications, including lifecycle management (must-have).
• Technical skills in solution design, integration concepts (APIs, middleware), user authentication and provisioning methods, scripting (PowerShell, Python), and system configuration (must-have).
