Job summary

EY in Zurich is seeking an Intern - Consulting - Technology Strategy and Transformation to support engagements across technology strategy, assessment, and transformation initiatives. You will work with CIO/CTO level clients and collaborate with a high-performing team.

You will develop leadership, consultancy and tech skills on challenging projects, with exposure to ServiceNow, Microsoft technologies, and enterprise analytics.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from a reputable university with excellent academic records.
• Strong customer-centricity and interpersonal skills; a team player.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving with clear communication.
• Keen interest in technology and its business applications.
• Exposure to ServiceNow, Microsoft technologies, AI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist engagement teams in realizing clients' strategy, process, people, and technology transformations.
• Participate in transformational technology consulting engagements, including technology strategy & assessment, architecture, requirements, IT process design, and program management.
• Support project/team management activities, maintain communication and update senior team members on progress.
• Leverage data and technology to provide innovative solutions to clients' challenges.
• Help prepare high-quality work products for clients and related parties in a timely manner.
• Identify risks and raise issues with senior team members.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with clients and EY teams.
• Participate in educational programs to develop personal skills and capabilities.
