EY is seeking an intern to bridge operations and IT, helping clients transform with technology and digitalization. You will collaborate with the Technology Platforms team to tackle daily challenges and deliver solutions that improve client workdays.

The role supports stakeholders, contributes to platform design, and partners with EY colleagues across borders to drive impactful projects while developing your career in a global advisory environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record in Engineering, Computer Science or Business.
• Internships/traineeships are an advantage; affinity for technology required.
• Experience in business process analysis and ERP systems, SAP is a strong advantage.
• Proven communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills; strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Full professional proficiency in English; knowledge of German and/or French is a plus.
• Interest in travelling within Switzerland and internationally.

Your key responsibilities

• Support discussions with client stakeholders to help them define their needs and translate them into Project requirements
• Support the design and implementation of modern technology platforms and enterprise applicationssuited to client needs, and the management of project phases and activities throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Cooperate with local and international colleagues across EY
• Contribute to the development of the Technology Consulting Practice by supporting client proposals and internal initiatives

What we look for

• A Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record of achievement, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science or Business
• Initial professional experience, including internships / traineeships, constitutes an advantage;proven affinity or interest in technology is required
• Exposure to business process analysis and design, especially in Life Sciences / Consumer / Manufacturing industry; initial experience designing, implementing, and/or using ERP systems, particularly SAP, is a strong advantage
• Proven communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills; strong work ethic, desire to learn and adapt, and drive for results
• Full professional proficiency in English; good knowledge of German and/or French is a strong advantage, any other language is considered a plus
• Interest in travelling in Switzerland and internationally
