Zusammenfassung

PAS01 GmbH in Basel invites you to join a boutique consultancy focused on frontier technologies and complex transformations. You will conduct research, market scans and analysis, delivering client-ready decks and business cases.

The role includes driving market reach via positioning, product placement and digital presence with a small, founder-led team. We value an entrepreneurial mindset, 1–3 years in consulting, and strong German (C2+) and English.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in business, economics, information systems or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 1–3 years in consulting, a start-up or an agency; internships count.
• Structured analytical thinking: turn vague questions into clear structures.
• Client-ready output: deliver high-quality documents and decks.
• AI-enabled work with review discipline: use current tools smartly and verify results.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client work.
• Direct and open communication: precise, proactive; German C2+ and English fluent.

You enable our frontier tech consulting and project-management mandates from our Basel office: research, analysis, client-ready deliverables, and structured follow-through. You add value by helping our work reach its market with positioning, product placement, and building the digital presence for PAS01 and our ventures such as RhyFrame. You work directly with our founder in a small team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• You will enable our mandates through research, market scans, analysis and AI-enabled project work
• You will prepare decks, briefs and business cases that go straight to the client
• You will keep projects on track: timelines, meeting preparation, follow-ups, documentation
• You will bring our work to market through positioning, product placement, digital presence and automations via n8n
• Your first year: you work on frontier tech projects in the context of agentic governments & new work

• Nice to have: n8n, Claude, no/low-code tools, first client-facing experience, international or start-up experience, public sector consulting experience
