Hitachi Energy Ltd. in der GI Valves Fabrik Seon/Turgi sucht eine*n Teamleiter*in Elektromontage mit Führungsverantwortung. Sie leiten ein ca. 15 Mitarbeitende starkes Team, organisieren Montage, Prüfung und Logistik, sichern Qualität, Sicherheit und Effizienz und arbeiten eng mit Produktionsleitung sowie Schnittstellen zusammen.

Neben Führung übernehmen Sie ca. 50% aktiv Montagearbeiten. Idealerweise bringen Sie eine technische Berufsausbildung, HF-Weiterbildung und mehrjährige Montageerfahrung

Qualifikationen

• Technische Ausbildung im Elektrobau oder Mechatronik; Weiterbildung als Techniker HF von Vorteil.
• Mehrjährige Montageerfahrung elektrotechnischer Komponenten in anspruchsvollen Produktionsumgebungen.
• Gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Deutsch fließend, Englisch vorteilhaft.

Aufgaben

• Führung eines ca. 15 Mitarbeitenden starken Teams in der Elektromontage.
• Organisation und Überwachung von Montage, Prüfung und Logistik inklusive Sicherheits- und Qualitätsvorgaben.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Produktionsleitung und Schnittstellen wie Planung, Logistik und Qualität; aktive Montageanteile (ca. 50%).

Job Description: Über die Position Als Teamleiter/in Elektromontage in der GI Valves Fabrik in Seon bzw. Turgi leitest Du ein Team von ca. 15 Mitarbeitenden. Dabei übernimmst Du eine zentrale Rolle in der täglichen Produktionssteuerung. Du koordinierst operative Tätigkeiten innerhalb des Teams und sorgst dafür, dass Montage-, Prüf- und Logistikprozesse effizient, sicher und qualitätsgerecht ablaufen. Dabei bist Du die direkte Ansprechperson für die Mitarbeitenden und arbeitest eng mit der Produktionsleitung und anderen Schnittstellen zusammen. Dein Einsatz trägt wesentlich dazu bei, dass wir unsere Produktionsziele erreichen und uns kontinuierlich verbessern. Neben koordinativen Tätigkeiten arbeitest Du aktiv im Montageprozess mit (ca. 50%). Das kannst du bewirken Leitung des Teams sowohl fachlich und operativ als auch personell Organisation und Überwachung der Produktionsabläufe (Montage, Prüfung, Logistik) Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Umweltvorgaben Unterstützung bei der Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitender und Durchführung von Sicherheitsunterweisungen Zusammenarbeit mit Schnittstellen wie Planung, Qualität und Logistik sowie Dokumentation der Produktionsleistung Umsetzung und Durchsetzung der übergeordneten Organisationsziele

Das bringst du mit Technische Berufsausbildung (z.B. Elektrotechnik, Elektroinstallation, Mechatronik) Weiterbildung als Techniker HF von Vorteil Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Montage elektrotechnischer Komponenten Erfahrung als Teamleiter/in und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil SAP-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit digitalen Produktionssystemen (MES) sind ein Plus
