Job summary

Sensirion is seeking a seasoned leader to head the Process Engineering team for module assembly. You will guide a team, partner with contract manufacturers, and drive industrialization, production transfer, ramp-up and continuous improvement.

You will define process standards and collaborate with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain and manufacturing partners to scale from development to mass production, with flexible working options.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience in process engineering and working with contract manufacturers and external suppliers.
• Fluent English knowledge with proficient German skills.
• The ability to lead teams, navigate complexity and communicate effectively across functions.
