VisilabGroup in Geneva seeks a Teamleader IT Development to lead a team of developers and DBAs in a dynamic, international environment. You will guide planning, monitor progress, and drive IT projects across the portfolio, focusing on .NET, Xamarin, and Angular while translating user needs into precise specifications.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in IT, 5+ years in IT development management, and fluency in French and English. German is advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technologies.
• At least 5 years of proven track record in a similar position as IT development manager.
• Mastery of development in the .NET environment: ASP.NET, C#.NET, Xamarin, WCF, WPF, Entity Framework, Microservices.
• Mastery of development in an SQL Server environment (Transact-SQL).
• Knowledge of management information systems (ERP, PURCHASING, SALES).
• Mastery of IT tools (MS OFFICE - Word, Excel, MS PROJECT, VISIO).
• Ability to analyse user needs and write specifications.
• Fluency in French and English; German advantageous.
