Job summary

Antaes Consulting in Geneva seeks an Engineering Team Leader for Air Traffic Flow Management software. The role will require on-site presence at least three days per week and lead a team of around ten engineers in a safety‑critical environment.

You will drive organizational transformation, define future structure, manage performance, and ensure rigorous engineering practices across the lifecycle, while coordinating with Product Management and Finance on resourcing and delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in software engineering with roles such as Software Engineer, Architect or Tech Lead.
• At least 5 years of experience leading software engineering teams.
• Proven track record in organisational transformation, insourcing or outsourcing transitions.
• Experience in ATM, aeronautics or other safety‑critical environments.
• Fluent French and English.

Your mission

• Strong leadership, with the ability to develop talent and build high‑performing teams
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and quality practices
• Rigorous, well organised, with excellent stakeholder communication
• Fluent French and English required
• Willing to live in Geneva or the surrounding area
