The Role: Reporting into senior R&D leadership, you will lead a team of Product Development Engineers working on complex product development initiatives within a highly regulated environment.

• Providing technical leadership on complex product development projects

• Supporting continuous improvement of product development processes and methodologies

Qualifications

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline
• Experience within medical devices or another regulated industry
• Previous experience leading people, projects, or technical teams

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
