Syngenta AG is seeking a Team Leader Process Technology New AI (m/f/d) in Münchwilen to lead a 1-3 technician team and drive development and scale-up of chemical reactions toward manufacturing. The role requires interfacing chemistry, data, and digital tools on site in Switzerland.

You will design experiments, maintain process know-how, and support knowledge transfer while collaborating with project stakeholders to enable safe, sustainable processes in the current development lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• PhD in organic chemistry or chemical engineering is required.
• Fluent English; German and French are advantageous.
• Experience in laboratory leadership and project timelines is essential.

Aufgaben

• Lead a team of 1-3 lab technicians in a chemistry lab.
• Develop and scale-up chemical reactions toward manufacturing.
• Maintain comprehensive process know-how for assigned steps and support pilot campaigns.
