Pilatus Flugzeugwerke AG in Stans, Switzerland, seeks a Team Leader Integrated Logistics Support to lead the LOGISTICS / CUSTOMER SUPPORT team at 100% workload. By agreement, permanent position based in Stans with duties spanning customer support, logistics and program interfaces.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and several years in aviation or logistics, with strong leadership, English fluency, and a customer-focused approach. German is an advantage.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Several years of experience in aviation, customer support, logistics, commercial management or a technical aftermarket environment.
• Experience leading and developing a team, or strong leadership potential with the ability to motivate and support others.
• Strong analytical skills, commercial awareness and a customer-focused approach.
• Very good English skills and the ability to communicate clearly at all levels; German is an advantage.
• Good understanding of Integrated Logistics Support, customer support or aircraft maintenance concepts

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop the Integrated Logistics Support team within customer support.
• Develop support solutions based on customer requirements and business needs.
• Support bids, offers and long-term customer support contracts.
• Forecast material and service requirements to support aircraft operations.
• Prepare support cost estimates, financial analyses and forecasts.
• Work closely with supply chain, technical support, sales, programme management and engineering
