Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience in aviation supply chain, customer support or a technical aftermarket environment.
• Experience leading and developing a team or strong leadership potential.
• Good understanding of spare parts, repair and material management processes.
• Very good English skills; German is an advantage.
• Strong commercial awareness and customer focus.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop the Material & Repair Support team within customer support.
• Manage customer enquiries, quotations and orders for spare parts and repair services.
• Ensure the reliable supply of spare parts and repair services to customers.
• Manage material availability and plan for future customer requirements.
• Monitor stock levels, lead times, costs and delivery performance.
• Work closely with customer account management, procurement, logistics and operations to resolve issues and improve performance.
