Grant Thornton in Geneva is seeking a Tax Consultant to support tax returns for individuals and corporations, in direct contact with clients and tax authorities. The role offers 80-100% workload in a central Geneva office with a young, dynamic team and a cross-border, international environment.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in tax, strong analytical skills, fluent French and good English, with German a plus.

• Completed initial training and 1-2 years of experience in a tax environment (tax compliance).
• Analytical thinking and quality-oriented, structured way of working.
• You appreciate the exchange with clients and over time establish yourself as the primary contact person for questions regarding tax returns.

Your tasks
Preparation of tax returns for both individuals and corporations, in direct contact with the clients
Direct contact with the tax authorities, verification of tax assessments
Help the Managers with the preparation of the answers to the requests from the tax authorities
Assist occasionally the Managers with consulting requests
Work closely with the Managers to ensure quality and speedy work

Your profile
Completed initial training and 1-2 years of experience in a tax environment (tax compliance)
