Grant Thornton LLP is seeking a Senior Auditor to support our Geneva location in auditing financial services clients. This role involves auditing financial statements, ensuring compliance, and coaching junior team members.

Responsibilities

• You audit annual and consolidated financial statements of financial services clients and assess their business and control processes.
• You develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel and assess clients' satisfaction.
• You take responsibility for planning and execution of audit engagements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• You work with clients across a broad range of the financial services sector and support and coach junior team members as a key contact within audit teams.
• You contribute to interdisciplinary projects and support internal initiatives and strategic tasks.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration with a clear finance/accounting focus.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within external audit, ideally in a Big4 or comparable environment.
• Experience in Swiss regulatory audits combined with a solid understanding of Swiss financial statements, auditing standards and regulatory requirements.
• Structured, reliable and analytical working style with motivation and interest in further professional development (Swiss CPA).
• Fluent in French and English.
