B&A is seeking a Task Order Project Manager to support the DLA HRM IT Sustainment effort. This off-site role requires periodic meetings at DLA facilities and remote work flexibility.

Anticipated Award December 2026 with January 2027 start; base year plus two option years. The candidate will manage a large, complex task order and coordinate with government stakeholders to deliver timely IT solutions.

Job Summary

B&A is seeking a Task Order Project Manager to support the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Human Resources Management (HRM) Applications Information Technology (IT) Sustainment Support effort. This is an off-site position with periodic support for meetings at HQ DLA facility.

• Anticipated Award: December 2026
• Anticipated Start: January 2027
• Period of Performance: 1 Base Year + 2 Option Years

Note: The primary place of performance will be at the contractor’s place of performance and/or Off-Site. Personnel shall be available to periodically support meetings at one of the following DLA sites: Dayton, OH; Columbus, OH; Tracy, CA; New Cumberland, PA; Richmond, VA; Battle Creek, MI; or Philadelphia, PA.

Responsibilities

• Serve as project manager for a large, complex task order and support coordination with the Government Contracting Officer, task order managers, Government management, and customer representatives.
• Manage the specific task order and ensure technical solutions and schedules are implemented in a timely manner.

Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, OR four (4) additional years of related experience.
• At least five (5) years of project management or other relevant experience with progressively higher responsibility in IT and/or consulting.
• At least five (5) years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in IT and/or consulting.

Required Certifications

• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP or other recognized certification).

Security Clearance / Investigation

• Active Secret clearance, adjudicated within the last five (5) years
