Zusammenfassung

Evatec AG, located in Switzerland, seeks a System Engineer Product Development to own products across their lifecycle and align mechanics, electronics and software with product management. You will translate customer and market requirements into coherent system specifications.

The role requires 3–8 years in a technically demanding environment, strong cross‑disciplinary communication, and fluency in German and English to operate in our international team.

Qualifikationen

Degree or advanced qualification in a relevant field.
3–8 years of experience in plant engineering or product development.
Analytical approach to complex technical challenges.
Strong communication across different disciplines.
Fluent in German and English in an international environment.

Aufgaben

Own and evolve products across the entire lifecycle.
Translate requirements into system specifications across mechanics, electronics and software.
Investigate technical issues at system level and coordinate root-cause analyses.
Provide technical leadership coordinating mechanics, electronics and software teams.
Shape product strategy with Product Management and assess technical opportunities and risks.
