AAA Global, a Swiss-based quantitative hedge fund, is seeking a Systematic Execution & Operations Trader in Zurich. This role blends trading, technology, and operations to execute systematic strategies and maintain robust trade lifecycles.

You will work with Portfolio Managers, Quant Researchers, Engineers, brokers, and clearing firms to deliver efficient execution and scalable trading operations. Relocation support is available.

Qualifikationen

• 2-10 years of experience in execution or trading operations within a quantitative or systematic firm.
• Strong understanding of systematic trading and derivatives markets (futures, options, swaps).
• Proficient Python skills to analyze data and build tooling.

Aufgaben

• Execute and oversee systematic strategies across futures, options, swaps and other derivatives.
• Manage the execution process from order generation to completion with focus on best execution and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Quant and Technology teams to improve execution, routing, and automation.
