Zusammenfassung

Beagle is seeking a Principal Wireless SoC Architect to lead the architecture and development of next-generation low-power wireless SoCs. You will drive system-level design and define technical direction across cross-functional teams.

You will oversee RF, analog, digital, and embedded software integration, optimize power, performance, and area, and push designs from concept to production. Fluency in English is essential; French is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• MSc or PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• At least 15 years of wireless SoC architecture, RF CMOS, or semiconductor design.
• Proven track record delivering low-power wireless SoCs to production.
• Expertise in wireless system architecture, RF integration, and system-level design.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Knowledge of Bluetooth LE or other low-power wireless protocols is advantageous.
• Experience with advanced process nodes (22nm or below) and ultra-low-power design is a plus.
• Fluent English; French would be an advantage.
