We're looking for an exceptional Principal Low-Power Wireless SoC Architect to lead the design of cutting-edge wireless platforms powering IoT, automotive, industrial, medical and consumer applications. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced semiconductor architect with 15+ years of wireless SoC and RF CMOS design experience who wants to influence products from concept through high-volume production. Working alongside world-class RF, analog, digital and embedded software engineers, you'll drive system-level architecture, shape future technology roadmaps, and deliver innovative ultra-low-power semiconductor solutions used worldwide.
As the technical authority for next-generation wireless SoCs, you'll define the overall system architecture and make critical design decisions that optimize power consumption, performance and manufacturing cost. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to guide products from concept through silicon validation and production while helping shape future product roadmaps and technology strategy.
You hold a Master's or PhD in Electrical or Computer Engineering and bring 15+ years of experience in wireless SoC and RF CMOS design.
You have a proven track record of bringing low-power wireless SoCs into production and possess deep expertise in wireless architectures, RF integration and system-level design. You enjoy solving complex engineering challenges, influencing technical direction and collaborating across international teams.
Experience with Bluetooth® Low Energy (BLE), advanced semiconductor process nodes (22nm or below), ultra-low-voltage design, or automotive and medical semiconductor standards would be considered a strong advantage.
