Zusammenfassung

RUAG is seeking a System Engineer / TPL for Short & Medium Range Air Surveillance to lead the overall project for RUAG's MRO, integration, simulation, and operational support capabilities. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks and deliverables as the technical point of contact.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field, several years of experience in radar/surveillance, strong leadership and project management skills, and fluency in German and English with travel

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• Several years of leading complex technical projects in radar, sensors, surveillance or mission-critical environments.
• Strong project management experience with recognized certifications.

Aufgaben

• Lead the overall project for establishing RUAG's MRO, integration, simulation, and operational support capabilities.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks and deliverables.
• Act as technical PM and SME throughout system introduction, transition to service, operation and maintenance.
• Lead interdisciplinary activities across Engineering, Logistics, Maintenance, Business Development, Sales, OEMs and customers.
