Conficio Recruitment Limited is seeking a System Engineer to operate, improve, and transform messaging and collaboration platforms in a DevOps team. You will resolve complex incidents, design migrations across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments, and support Exchange, Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD.

Automating tasks with PowerShell and advising customers through transformation are key aspects.

Qualifications

Experience in complex enterprise IT environments.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, and Azure Active Directory.
Confidence with PowerShell; migration experience with Quest or BitTitan is valuable.
Experience with ADFS, Enterprise Vault, FortiMail, or HIN is welcome, but not essential.
A customer-focused, independent, and quality-driven way of working.
Good German and confident English.

Responsabilités

Resolve complex third-level incidents and prevent them from returning.
Design and deliver migrations across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
Support and improve Microsoft Exchange, Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, and Azure Active Directory.
Automate everyday tasks with PowerShell.
Advise customers clearly and practically, from technical questions to strategic transformation.
Work with architects and product management to develop new, future-ready services.
Support customers across varied sectors, including critical infrastructure, energy, and healthcare.
