Job summary

Coca-Cola HBC Switzerland is seeking a Sales Manager - Out of Home to lead the national OOH sales organisation and translate the company’s commercial strategy into sustainable, profitable growth across the Swiss market.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will lead Regional and Area Sales Managers, drive performance, manage the P&L, and shape the route-to-market while building strategic partnerships with key customers.

Qualifications

• Higher education qualification in business, sales, marketing, or related field.
• 8+ years in sales, OOH/Horeca or FMCG, with leadership in a multi-layer field sales organisation.
• Proven track record of delivering profitable growth, commercial execution and customer development.
• Fluency in German and English; French and/or Italian is a strong advantage for national market leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the national OOH sales strategy in line with company priorities and the 24/7 total beverage vision.
• Lead and develop the OOH organisation through Regional and Area Sales Managers with accountability for Business Developers.
• Translate strategy into regional, team and individual objectives and lead performance management.
• Own the OOH commercial plan, budget and forecast, allocating investments to protect profitability.
• Drive revenue growth management and P&L decisions using data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Strengthen route-to-market, territory design and visit routines to maximise productivity and coverage.
