Job summary

Waelti Partners AG, a young international business law firm with a growing global footprint, seeks Swiss-based Partners (70-100%) to join Geneva and help shape expansion into other Swiss cities. You will lead corporate, commercial, IP/IT, tax, and dispute work for an diverse client base, mentoring junior lawyers and building the firm’s Swiss market presence.

Qualifications

• Swiss bar admission or equivalent permit to practice law in Switzerland.
• Several years of Swiss professional experience in a business law firm or in-house.
• Fluency in English and good French; knowledge of other major European languages is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Advise and support companies of all sizes in Swiss business law across sectors.
• Prepare clarifications, statements, and draft/ negotiate contracts and legal documents.
• Represent clients before courts, arbitration tribunals and authorities.
• Train, guide, and manage junior lawyers and trainees.
• Develop and expand the firm’s Swiss market presence and client base.
