Taconova Group is seeking a mechanical engineer to analyze costs and collaborate on developing innovative heating and sanitary technology components. You will conduct technical analyses of concepts, support the product development leadership, and ensure high-quality documentation and testing across departments.

The role requires 3+ years in mechanical component development, SolidWorks proficiency, and fluent German/English.

Qualifikationen

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or similar.
• More than 3 years of experience as developer of mechanical components.
• Deep knowledge of production processes for metal and plastic parts.
• Strong 3D CAD experience, preferably SolidWorks.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Good collaboration in teams.
• Experience with FMEA and specification sheets.

Aufgaben

• Analyse cost structure and cost optimization of products.
• Collaborate in project teams for development, conception, design and dimensioning of heating and sanitary technology components.
• Technical analysis of product concepts and competitors' products.
• Support the head of product development in team and process development.
• Define product testing and support the technical lab in testing.
• Support other departments in technical aspects of products (documentation, functionality, product data).
• Drive tasks, remove roadblocks, and push initiatives to timely closure.
• Collaborate with production, technical customer service, quality, and project teams.
• Deliver durable, high-quality resolutions to technical issues.
• Ensure documentation is consistent and reliable.

Job Requirements

• > 3 years of experience as developer of mechanical components
• Deep knowledge in production processes for metal and plastic parts
• Good experience with 3D CAD systems (preferably SolidWorks)
• Fluent in German and English
• Good collaboration in teams
• Experience with tools like FMEA (risk analysis), specification sheets, Microsoft software
