Job summary

TotalEnergies in Geneva is seeking an Environment & Sustainability Intern to support environmental footprint assessments, KPI development and data-driven initiatives across trading and operations. You will help design dashboards and tools, and work with T&S and TGP HSE teams to translate sustainability targets into concrete improvements.

The role emphasizes analyzing data, stakeholder collaboration, and applying sustainability principles in a fast-moving energy-trading context.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Sciences, Sustainability or related field.
Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into recommendations.
Interest in digitalization, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
Autonomous, proactive, and able to work with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with Power BI or similar data analytics tools.
Exposure to Power Automate and AI-enabled tools is a plus.
Fluent in English and French.
Tri-partite agreement is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Assessing environmental footprint and identifying performance indicators.
Supporting the definition of environmental objectives and reduction targets.
Supporting implementation and monitoring of improvement initiatives.
Collecting, structuring and analysing environmental data.
Developing tools and dashboards to monitor sustainability performance.
Collaborating with stakeholders across Trading Operations, LNG, Dry Bulk, Shipping, Inspection, Logistics and Midstream.
