Zusammenfassung

NOVELIS in Küsnacht, Schweiz, sucht eine/n Network Planner im Bereich Beverage & Packaging. Sie entwickeln Produktionspläne, arbeiten an Optimierungsprojekten und koordinieren die Material- und Lieferkette.

Sie verfügen über ein Hochschulstudium in Supply Chain oder vergleichbar, bringen erste Berufserfahrung mit und zeichnen sich durch analytische Fähigkeiten, Teamorientierung und exzellente Kommunikation aus. Eine flexible Hybrid-Arbeitsumgebung wird geboten.

Qualifikationen

• Universitätsabschluss in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management oder Industrial Engineering
• Erste Erfahrung im Supply Chain- bzw. Operations-Management
• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Teamfähigkeit
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch; Deutsch oder Französisch von Vorteil
• Kenntnisse in SAP-Modulen (PDPS, APO DP) und ERP-Systeme-Integration
• Erfahrung mit Digitalisierung, RPA, Visualisierungstools und Programmierung (Python/C++) ist von Vorteil

Aufgaben

• Entwicklung des Produktionsplans zur Einhaltung des Service Levels
• Beitrag zu Prozessverbesserung und Optimierungsprojekten
• Wartung der Bestands- und Lieferkettenstrategie durch statistische Analysen
• Optimierung der Lieferleistungen bei möglichst niedrigen Kosten
• Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zur Verbesserung von Planung, Forecasting und Prozessen
• Steuerung des Materialflusses über das Supply-Chain-Netzwerk und Entwicklung von Simulationsmodellen

Verantwortlichkeiten & Qualifikationen

What awaits you:

• You develop the production plan required to meet the service level of our customers.
• You contribute to process improvement and optimization projects.
• Your core responsibilities are:
  • Maintain the replenishment strategy at the defined stock level through statistical analysis.
  • Optimize delivery of the service level at the lowest possible costs
  • Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders across the organization to improve forecast planning, understanding customer/market needs as well as contribute to process improvement and optimization projects
  • Orchestrate metal flow throughout supply chain network incorporating operational targets (i.e. capacity, inventory and cost)
  • Develop and operate tools to process scenario models and determining supply chain results

How you convince us:

• You have a university degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or Industrial Engineering
• You bring initial experience in Supply Chain and/or Operations management
• You have strong ability to understand complex problems with advanced analytical skills.
• You are a collaborative team player and excellent communicator.
• You are open minded, and solution orientated.
• Fluent communication skills in English; German and/or French would be a plus
• You have proven knowledge in SAP modules (PDPS, APO DP) and capability to integrate different ERP systems, familiarity with digitalization projects.
• Experience with new digitization, robotic automation (RPA), visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI/Tableau) and coding (e.g. Python/C++) is a plus
