You will gain hands-on experience across Planning, Logistics and Customer Service, leveraging data-driven insights, automation and digitalisation to drive business performance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is required or preferred.
• Proven excellence in academics.
• Relevant work or internship experience is a plus.
• Fluent in German or French is a plus; other languages beneficial.

Supply Chain Graduate

You will be part of our Swiss Operations team and contribute to the transformation of our end-to-end supply chain through data-driven insights, digitalisation, automation and innovative thinking. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across Planning, Logistics and Customer Service while working on impactful projects that directly influence business performance. From day one, you will collaborate with experienced professionals, take ownership of meaningful initiatives and help build the supply chain of the future.

Supply Planning & Forecasting

You will support our planning team in improving forecast accuracy and planning efficiency through data-driven analysis and innovative solutions. By leveraging analytics, automation and digital tools, you will help optimise planning processes and contribute to more informed decision-making across the business.

Process Excellence & Digital Transformation

You will analyse existing workflows and identify opportunities to simplify processes, eliminate inefficiencies and increase operational effectiveness. Together with key stakeholders, you will help drive digital transformation initiatives that enable smarter and more agile ways of working.

Innovation & Automation

We are looking for someone who is curious about new technologies and enjoys challenging the status quo. You will explore and implement innovative solutions, including automation and AI-based approaches, to support the future development of our Operations organisation and create measurable business impact.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Supply Chain success depends on strong collaboration. You will work closely with Planning, Logistics, Customer Service and other business functions to improve information flows, strengthen alignment and support seamless end-to-end operations.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role

• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Proven excellence in your academic life
• Relevant work or internship experience is a plus
• A history of pursuing personal passions, extra-curricular achievements
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a "go-getter" mentality when it comes to tackling important projects or taking on new challenges
• Open and solution-oriented mindset, with excellent communication skills
• Fluent in German or French (written, spoken), additional languages are considered a plus
